The Center for Animal Advocacy now Offering Pet Mediation Services

If you and your pet are involved in litigation, a mediated compromise may be just the solution you are looking for. The Center for Animal Advocacy is now offering Pet Mediation services. Peggy R. Hoyt, J.D., M.B.A., B.C.S. is a certified Florida Circuit Court Mediator with nearly twenty years experience practicing law. Peggy is an active animal advocate and pet lover with thirteen pets of her own - 3 horses, 6 dogs (including Sienna a service puppy) and 4 cats. Pet mediation would be appropriate any time a pet owner is involved in a dispute related to their pet. This could be a custody dispute as part of a divorce, a dispute with a condo or home owner's association, a dog bite incident, a boarding or lease agreement, just to name a few. As members of our family, our pets can experience legal troubles, just like anyone else. We are here to help. Please don't hesitate to call or email if you have a question regarding Pet Mediation.
